Celebrating Universality

In an ever increasingly polarized and hyperconnected world, strong vocalized views and carefully managed online personas reign king. The name of the game is standout or be forgotten.

In this continuous chase to be unique, a strong sense of separation can unfortunately be created, leaving us with a larger cultural and interpersonal gap to be filled.

The Wahid Collection is an art and humanitarian initiative that focuses on the universality exhibited in human facial micro-expressions as a form of artistic story telling.

The aim of the initiative is to celebrate our universal human commonalities while simultaneously acknowledging unique expression.
